A 50% fee reduction if Client or another search firm surfaces the most qualified candidate for the position and that candidate is hired

Engagement Fee is 30% of estimated first year compensation including base salary, bonuses and other cash payouts
$5000 due upon signing of contract, balance due upon completion of search

Exclusive Contingency Search - normally utilized when there is less urgency on the part of the client and a critical need does not exist to fill a position quickly.
Time and resources allocation to the search will depend upon agreement between firm and client
Assign RDR Associates as the exclusive search firm for a period of 120 days; with an automatic renewal period unless notified in writing. All third party firms are to be referred to RDR Associates during the period of the agreement.
One recruiter conducts the search.
