	Rod DeRemer Senior Partner RDR Associates was founded by Rod DeRemer who, prior to the formation of the firm, provided professional search consultation for more than 14 years to healthcare clients nationally, and in the successful recruitment of key and difficult positions. After studying Journalism at the University of Florida, Rod started his career in healthcare with the University Physicians Group, a large group practice in Gainesville. Rod provides national leadership for the firm from its Atlanta headquarters.				Vivian Leslie Associate Partner Vivian Leslie graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University and received her MPH from Yale University School of Medicine in Health Services Administration. Having held administrative positions at major Medical Centers in California and New Mexico, Vivian also worked as a Senior Health Planner for a Health Systems Agency in Connecticut. She has been engaged in the selection of healthcare executives and professionals since 1986. She is a knowledgeable healthcare professional with a conscientious work ethic unsurpassed in the search industry. Vivian leads our Western Practice from Albuquerque, New Mexico.
